PEGASUS WW2 DISPLAYS |
Pegasus WW2 Displays is one of the largest private collections of British WW2 Militaria covering all areas and aspects, including the Home Front from the period of the second world war 1939-1945. All items are original to the best of our knowledge and have been collected over the last 25 years and more. As far as we are aware no one else in the country is doing what we do !.

So What do we do ? The collection and displays take many forms and are varied as to the event we are attending. The main emphasis of what we are about is that this period of our history should not be forgotten because of the sacrifices that were made by so many at that time. It is fantastic to speak with those that were there and listen to their memory’s, the information is invaluable and needs to be preserved. Children find it amazing—the chance to see and handle items that they have only ever seen in pictures or been told about, can not be beaten. We take great pride in what we do and wear our original uniforms with great reverence. We have been teaching in schools and doing displays for over 13 years, we have been invited to many events over a large area of the North & Wales, including the largest event in the North at Blackpool in July 2005, where we were there for 10 days and met thousands of veterans and public. We even possess a Morris Commercial C8 Quad with Limber and 25lb Field Gun !! - Try that for a garden ornament !.—By now you’ve guessed were serious…... |

How Do We Get Better ? We are constantly obtaining more and more articles—to be honest by the day—this is our life times work and will continue to be so. We are dedicated to what we do and can literally not imagine life without it ! - depending on the event /size depends what you see of the massive amount we have, even down to an Anderson Shelter or wartime VD Kit !. We can also get better by any information you can give us or any other items of interest. (All are treated with the up most respect). |
